This vegetable lasagna is comforting & delicious. Layered with zucchini, mixed vegetables, creamy Alfredo sauce, & a rich blend of cheeses, it’s a delicious meatless option that's perfect for family dinners or meal prep.

Ingredients:

  • 1 package no-boil lasagna noodles
  • 2 cloves of minced garlic
  • 2 Cups mozzarella cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 2 cups low-fat cottage cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
  • 24 oz. alfredo sauce
  • Frozen 10 oz. mixed vegetables of choice

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 450°F. Lightly coat a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat a drizzle of olive oil over medium heat. Add the garlic, zucchini, & frozen vegetables, sautéing until the veggies are tender.
  3. While the vegetables are cooking, prepare the cheese mixture. In a large bowl, combine the egg, cottage cheese, mozzarella, Parmesan, & Italian seasoning. Mix well until fully combined.
  4. Once the vegetables are cooked, stir in the alfredo sauce.
  5. Spread 1/4 of the alfredo-vegetable mixture in a thin layer across the bottom of your prepared baking dish. Top with a layer of lasagna noodles, followed by 1/3 of the cheese mixture, then another 1/4 of the alfredo-vegetable mixture.
  6. Repeat the layers two more times, finishing with the last layer of the cheese mixture on top.
  7. Cover the dish with foil sprayed with cooking spray to prevent sticking and bake for 40 minutes. Then, remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 10 minutes, until bubbly and golden on top.

These no-bake duck pretzel candies are just as cute as they are delicious! These are a perfect no-bake dessert for Easter, baby showers, and kids' birthday parties.

Ingredients:

  • 30 mini pretzels
  • 1 1/2 cups white chocolate or almond bark
  • Yellow food coloring
  • 30 Orange jellybeans
  • Black sprinkles

Instructions:

  1. Lay out pretzels onto a parchment or plastic wrap lined baking sheet.
  2. In a small bowl, melt the white chocolate in 30 second intervals in the microwave until smooth. Stir between each interval. If you are using almond bark, melt according to instructions. Add yellow food coloring until it reaches the desired color.
  3. With a small spoon, add the melted chocolate into each pretzel. Place the jellybean & black sprinkle onto the pretzel.
  4. Place in freezer for 4-5 minutes or until hardened.

Instructions:

  3. Divide the dough into sections, making red the largest and purple the smallest. Add food coloring to each section and mix well.
  4. Roll the purple dough into a cylinder. Layer the other colors on top one by one, starting with the smaller color first.
  5. Wrap in plastic and chill for about an hour until firm.
  6. Slice, cut in half to form rainbow shapes, and bake at 350°F on the top rack for 8–15 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 cup white granulated sugar
  • 4 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

For the coating:

  • 1/4 cup white granulated sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and pumpkin spice. Slowly add in pumpkin puree.
  2. Add the unsweetened apple sauce & melted butter. Stir until a soft and sticky dough forms.
  3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F.
  4. Lightly grease the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
  5. Using a spoon, drop small portions of the dough into the basket.
  6. Air fry the donut holes for 6-8 minutes or until they turn golden brown.
  7. While the donut holes are cooking, prepare the coating by combining the sugar and cinnamon.
  8. Once the donut holes are done cooking, dip in melted butter & role in sugar mixture.
  9. Serve & Enjoy!

  2. Melt dark chocolate with 1 teaspoon coconut oil. Dip the tops of the strawberries, then place in freezer until set.
  3. Use a chopstick to add chocolate spots & wings. Place in freezer until set.
  4. Melt white chocolate with ½ teaspoon coconut oil & use a chopstick to dot on the eye whites. Place in freezer until set. Add eye pupils with the melted dark chocolate.
  5. Freeze until set again, then enjoy!

  1. Roll down the biscuit dough and cut out a hole in the center of each piece.
  2. Air fry at 350°F for 4–5 minutes per side until golden brown.
  3. Allow the donuts to cool completely before icing.

For the Icing

  1. In a bowl, whisk together 1 cup of powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon of almond extract, red food coloring, and 4 tablespoons of milk until smooth. Place the mixture in the freezer for 5 minutes to thicken. Add icing onto donut with a large spoon. Add desired amount of sprinkles.
